AfriVPN provides a virtual private network and related privacy tools. We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access — networks, especially censored ones, are unpredictable.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. One subscription is for personal use.
New accounts include a 24-hour free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued use requires a subscription ($10 the first month, then the standard monthly rate). You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals.
You agree not to use AfriVPN for illegal activity, fraud, hacking others, spam, or to harm or harass anyone. AfriVPN is a tool for privacy and free access to information — not for evading accountability for unlawful acts. Accounts used for abuse may be suspended.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We keep no logs of your activity.
To the extent permitted by law, AfriVPN and Agodi Technologies are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
